The palate is medium-bodied with a good depth of black forest fruits and a grip of fine tannins. Beautifully balanced with superb length. Stonefish Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon goes well with beef, pork, and duck with strongly flavored sauces, providing the sauce is not sweet. Best served at 18C.
